After more than half a century of debate and bedroom exploration, a row about the location of the fabled G spot may be settled at last.

I'll be interested to hear about more research on this. I've never been able to find my G-Spot, and though I enjoy penetrative sex I don't orgasm from it.

Quote:
Women who do not have a G spot should not despair, according to the New Scientist report.

"They can still have a normal orgasm through stimulation of the clitoris," said Jannini.
Way ahead of ya, buddy

Interesting...and I enjoy the incredibly obvious yet still fun pun in the title.

Does that quote mean a g-spot orgasm is not normal? (I know, I know: it's just a sloppy use of words in an off-the-cuff remark).

when stimulated, gives a woman a powerful orgasm.
Yes, it does.

The answer, according to Italian researcher Emmanuele Jannini, is that, yes, the G spot does exist, but only among those women who are lucky enough to possess it, New Scientist reports.
They could have just asked me and I would have told them it exists and where mine is located. I think they have the location down now though because what they determined in the article seems about right.

It's normal for me if I am with a man that doesn't mind a little guidance. Believe me, it is way more powerful than a clitoral orgasm. I have had both types of orgasm. Guess which one I prefer.

Some experts question whether what Jannini calls the G spot is a distinct structure or the internal part of the clitoris, whose size is highly variable.
"Whose?" Wow, I had no idea the clitoris had attained personhood. This changes everything.

Haven't you ever heard of it as the 'little man in the boat'?

I don't have vaginal-only orgasms, but when my husband touches the spot where the G-spot is supposed while I am masturbating, I definitely get a different kind of orgasm.

Eh...yep. That about says it all. At least as much as I'm wanting to say without going into TMI mode.
