One of the things I noticed in the images (and is consistent with the medications I myself take) is that many of the look-alike pills have score marks where a patient might need to cut them in half for a different dosage. Without that tiny detail I would have missed many more of the candy vs. medication images, which is really scary given that children are extremely unlikely to pick up on that detail (even if they themselves take medications). Three of my own pills could easily be mistaken for tic-tac type mints, especially the yellow oval shaped one that has a "smooth shell" like coating.
(The flash washed out the color on those - the top one is a very vivid pink, the middle one is a very bright blue/purple color.)
