Comment: Probably a minor quibble, but the article Snap Trapped
(http://www.snopes.com/autos/law/snaptrap.asp) includes the following
sentence:

In terms of raw numbers, though, this translates to 440,000 speeders in
New Zealand, and 1,200,000 speeders in the UK - more than two and a half
times greater. That doesn't really suggest to me that New Zealanders like
to speed more. Certainly a greater proportion of them are getting tickets,
yes, but there's far fewer of them overall.
