Replaced an msi file with a renamed 64-bit version of the same file in the application folder. When the installer ran, it called that file. With the 64-bit version renamed with the x86 version's name, it actually worked.

I was shocked, to be honest, as that was a "last-ditch, Hail Mary, the worst I can do is screw up the computer and I'll just re-image it anyway so what the heck let's try it" attempt. I really wasn't expecting it to work.
