Don't leave plastic water bottles on concrete floors
Comment: I heard on the radio (KNX, AM 1070 in Los Angeles) that water
stored in plastic for use after an earthquake should not be left on a
concrete floor. I found this on the web

I went camping last week at a remote bush area. Recent storms had damage the water tank so we had to drink water from plastic bottles that had been there since the last visit a year previously. Despite being on concrete, the bottle were fine and the water tasted ok.
