Lose weight by eating candy
Comment: I heard that eating a small piece of candy, particularly a
fat-free kind of candy like Swedish Fish or Chuckles, just before a meal
can help you lose wait. The rumor was that since the small piece of candy
has sugar in it, which briefly raises your metabolism, that you would feel
less hungry during meal and eat less.
