Mark Hamill reads Trump's tweets... as the Joker!

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">The Trumpster quote #1<a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/ANewJeersToast?src=hash">#ANewJeersToast</a> <a href="https://t.co/qZQEGU18r6">https://t.co/qZQEGU18r6</a></p>&mdash; Mark Hamill (@HamillHimself) <a href="https://twitter.com/HamillHimself/status/817901534948179968">January 8, 2017</a></blockquote>
<script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

This might be an ongoing thing. I watched it sort of come together over twitter and Mark said as soon as he could figure out how to tweet audio clips he'd do it!

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">As soon as I figure out how to tweet soundbites, I'd LOVE to. Nobody writes better super-villain dialogue than <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/Trumputin?src=hash">#Trumputin</a>! <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/KremlinCandidate?src=hash">#KremlinCandidate</a> <a href="https://t.co/jjVyRzWl7v">https://t.co/jjVyRzWl7v</a></p>&mdash; Mark Hamill (@HamillHimself) <a href="https://twitter.com/HamillHimself/status/817824139658432512">January 7, 2017</a></blockquote>

Mark Hamill reads Trump tweet in his creepiest Joker voice and nails it

Is President-elect Donald Trump trying to tell us something with his supervillain-style tweets? Mark Hamill, who knows a thing or two about dark forces in the universe, is here to help us find out.

That is beautiful.

That's unfair. Trump didn't say any of those things, even if they are on Twitter. He also didn't mock a disabled reporter, even though it was recorded on video. You don't know him. Mark Hamill is the most over-rated actor in the world.

 The Don is in the forums!

I don't think even Mark Hamill's Joker would salvage Trump's tweets. The Joker had style. Donald Trump is, I know the phrase is overused, but it can't be said enough, a human dumpster fire.

crocoduck_hunter 11 January 2017 01:52 AM

Honestly, that sounded too much like something the Joker would say.

I recommend reading this in the Joker's voice.

TallGeekyGirl 14 January 2017 10:51 PM

And now the Joker is going after Meryl Streep!

Can Gotham City ever be rid of this lunatic?

TallGeekyGirl 09 March 2017 04:21 PM

What?! Obama wiretapped the Joker? The Clown Prince of Crime? Outrage!

Great! I especially liked that he gave an extra little tap for the misspelled word.

Psihala 09 March 2017 04:29 PM

I wondered how he was going to handle "tapp".

The Trumpster returns after the president insulted MSNBC co-host Mika Brzezinski.

Mark Hamill returned as his Trump/Joker mixture, The Trumpster, to read tweets Trump sent Thursday, which caused a major stir after the president insulted Morning Joe co-host Mika Brzezinski, saying he previously turned her away from a party because her face was bleeding from plastic surgery.

So how's that initiative against cyber bullying working out for you, Melania?

What kills me are the comments I've read defending Trump because the people on that morning show are critical of him so any nasty remarks he makes are perfectly fine and fair. No expectation at all that the president of their country might be able to behave like a mature and responsible adult.

crocoduck_hunter 02 July 2017 04:14 PM

Obviously you didn't read the comments by the same people when Obama ws president.

Forget responsible and mature, at this point I'd settle for coherent.

It keeps happening again and again: Trump and those like him, those who loudly talk about how they tell it like it is and they don't care what you think of them, will invariably turn out to be the most thinnest-skinned mothereffer when faced with criticism.

It's basically like this bit from season 9, episode 15 of The Simpsons:

Homer: Heh heh heh, from now on, I'm gonna be just like Krusty and tell it like it is. Marge, you're getting a little fat around the old thighs!

Bart: Dad!

Homer: You too, Bart!

Marge: Oh, knock it off, Homer; you're the fattest one in the car!

Homer: [shocked] You didn't have to tell it like it is, Marge.

Though I don't know. Even Jerk-Ass Homer demonstrates some redeemable traits every now and then. We have yet to see any from Trump and the like.

It's a basic part of being president or being an adult in general: even if you are the single greatest human to have ever worked this job, there will always be someone who isn't happy with the job you're doing. Maybe they have a legitimate point or maybe they're a proud member of the tinfoil hat brigade, but whatever the reason, they don't like you and you just have to do your job and deal with it.

Do the Trumpettes realize this doesn't speak well of their beloved hero? If they really believe Trump was like, "Well, I was going to defeat ISIS and save countless lives all around the world, but someone insulted me, forcing me to throw a hissy fit on Twitter instead," what does that say about him? They are basically saying their hero believes it is far more important to address every insult, however mild, rather than, y'know, defeat ISIS and save countless lives. Most would consider that pretty damn selfish, believing that telling off idiots who don't like you is more important than saving people from ISIS.

Of course, the simplest and best explanation is, to borrow from MST3K, They Just Do Not Care!
