Airline apologizes for risqué in-flight "performance"
A Vietnamese budget airline has apologized for an "improvised performance" by bikini-clad flight attendants who were unleashed on a flight to welcome home a national soccer team that didn't even win their match.

Certainly doesn't make it okay, but is wearing chorus girl outfits "risqué"?

Bikinis on a beach aren't risqué. Bikinis on an airplane I think might reasonably be described that way.

They also seemed to be describing the performance, not just the bikinis, as risqué. Not a lot of detail was given about the performance; but there might have been actions that could be so described, even aside from the costumes.

What would have happened if the team had won?

There would have been smaller bikinis.

"Despite the fact the Vietjet event didn't jeopardise the safety of the flight, it could still have posed a safety risk," Reuters quoted CAAV as saying in a statement.
I'm trying to see how it could have posed a safety risk... Are they saying the passengers could have rioted? The attendants in bikinis would have been at risk of hypothermia if the plane ditched in the ocean because they didn't have clothes?

I also note, this is apparently something the owner has used before:

The boss of Vietjet, which has a history of using flight attendants in bikinis to attract customers -- and headlines
