Experts Warn Iceland's Biggest Volcano Is 'Ready To Erupt'

Geologists are closely monitoring Iceland's biggest volcano after a string of recent activity. The earthquake activity is often a telltale sign that the volcano is preparing to erupt once again.

Thankfully, the eruption does not appear imminent but could occur sometime in the next few years.

"It's going to blow" => mild panic about plans for January.

"In the next few years." Okay, so I'll make those plans for January 2018. What comes, comes.

"An eruption could occur sometime in the next few years" - isn't that true for most, if not all vulcanos?

Certainly for Iceland. How many times has there been an eruption in the last 20 years?
